- Turn in Working Papers
- Ordering Working Papers
- Approach the Dais
- Right of Reply
- Combine the House
- Divide the House

- Move into a Formal Caucus

- Move to Suspend/Adjourn the debate
- If you only Suspend the debate, you must re-Open Debate
