How to Make Objections

HERE ARE THE DIFERENT OBJECTIONS

Speculation – Don’t ask the witness to give their opionoins
Vague as to Time - You should ask specifically “when and where."
Hearsay – It’s better to get primary sources as opposed to secondary sources.
Non-Responsive – The witness isn’t specifically answering the question. They are talking about things unrelated to the trial.
