The Trial of Milosevic

Yo,

OK, we have two goals for today. First, we go over how the trial will actually work along with some key terms that you will need to get familiar with over the rest of the semester.

Next, we will watch the film "Milosevic on Trial." It should give us a good idea about how the trial will work and it might give you a few more ideas in terms of what to do for strategy.

Check out the links below for homework. I posted the 1st chapter of "Milosevic on Trial" as well as some links to key vocabulary terms. Most importantly, I also posted some "how to" videos which will explain how to...

* make testimonies
* bring evidence into a trial
* make objections (and get them sustained)
* behave properly in court

In order to prepare for our trial, which starts next week, you must read all of the links below.

Jia you,

Mr. Gibson
