Ni hao,
Sorry to email you so late, but here is the game plan for Tuesday. We will first do Opening Statements. This means that the prosecution will first all make some sort of speech which summarizes the case that you are making against the defendants. Look at the video "The Trial of Milosevic" to that British gentleman who was the Chief Prosecutor for an idea of what your speech should look and sound like. After that, everyone in the Qadaffi family needs to get sworn in, then take the stand, and finally actually make some sort of statement. Look no further than Slobodan Milosevic himself for an example of what to do. Witnesses, you will not go on Tuesday. However, you will be expected to document our case. More on that tomorrow or Tuesday. Witnesses also need to prepare all of their testimonies with the prosecution team. After Tuesday, the prosecution will call witnesses to the stand and get evidence admitted. That requires you to look over those videos we watched two weeks ago and prepare accordingly. After next Tuesday, the prosecution will make their arguments based upon their witnesses and evidence and the defendants will do all the cross examination.
Jia you!
Mr. Gibson
